Ben Douglas

Co-Director & Partner - Brogan + Ryan Real Estate

Ben has been working at the coalface of Property Management for in excess of 20 years.

He has built a enviable reputation within the industry and has been a Key Speaker at the 2007 TCE National Property Management Conference, Expert Panelist at the 2008 TCE National Property Management Conference, and most recently Key Speaker at the 2009 Leading Property Managers & Agency Principals Seminar.

Ben is a self driven enthusiastic professional who has the passion, experience and empathy necessary to deliver premium results for his clients.

Personal Interests and Hobbies - Australian Motor Sport, boating, and enjoying family life.

Max Ryan

Co-Director & Partner - Brogan + Ryan Real Estate

Max has specialised in South East Queensland land and residential property sales for more than twenty years. He quickly learnt that business can only be built through trust, friendship and strong personal relationships.

Max, in partnership, established Brogan & Ryan Real Estate in 1999 and is one of a few agents who has the knowledge and expertise to sell all types of property. 

Personal Interests and Hobbies - Fishing, playing golf or having a BBQ and fine wine with his family and friends.

Desiree Reeson

Desire has been awarded numerous accolades including Property Manager of the Year from the Professionals Group QLD and REIQ Finalist.

Her experience includes all facets of Property Management with a strong desire to further develop her knowledge, most recently undertaking the Full Real Estate License due to be completed in 2009.

Desiree is committed to providing the best possible service to both landlords and tenants.  She practices both personally and in business her own "Code of Ethics" and believes we should all maintain a high level of conduct at all times.

Personal Interests and Hobbies - Tennis, beach activities, boating, fishing and music.

Lindsay Standen

With more than 15 years experience as a Senior Portfolio Manager, Lindsay's passion for Property Management has helped her become one of the most knowledgeable Property Managers on the Coast.  Her personal attention to all facets of Property Management leaves our clients relaxed and happy to leave the day to day management of their investment to Lindsay's expert knowledge.

Personal Interests and Hobbies - Lindsay lives on beautiful Burleigh Beach - what more do we need to say!!  She enjoys a stroll along the Esplanade (followed by a Coffee), catching up with family and friends, and is an avid reader.

Jan Marotte

Over the last 28 years within the industry, Jan has seen the Coast develop and has an intricate knowledge of market trends and drivers that have influenced change.

Her sales experience extends to residential property sales to development stock and acreage sales.  As a former Licensee, having owned her own Real Estate Business on the Gold Coast for 5 years, her industry knowledge is impeccable.  It is indicative of her reputation that clients repetitively seek her expertise when buying or selling property.

Joe Vella

Joe was born in Sydney where he later owned and managed the family transport business.  He has a diverse variety of life experiences with an extensive knowledge and understanding of quality assurance and customer service.  It is these skills he now brings to Brogan + Ryan Real Estate.

Joe approaches real estate with enthusiasm and dedication, he is passionate about achieving the best results for his clients.

Outside of work Joe’s hobbies and interests include fishing, bushwalking, water and snow skiing.  When he is at home he relaxes by playing his grand piano.
